These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prospr.AI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

Prospr.AI provides personal finance and budget optimization tools leveraging artificial intelligence and secure bank connections. We do not provide professional financial, investment, or legal advice. Any AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (Prospr Premium)

The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Prospr Premium").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

• Refunds: All refund requests must be handled through Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

4. Third-Party Integrations

• Plaid: You use Plaid Inc. to connect your bank accounts to the App. You acknowledge and agree that Plaid's terms of service and privacy policy govern your use of their service.

• AI Providers: The App uses third-party AI models (e.g., via OpenRouter/OpenAI) to analyze data. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated insights.

5. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Prospr.AI is not a financial advisor, broker, or tax professional. The information provided by the App, including AI-generated suggestions, does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes or accuracy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App's services.

• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prospr.AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Apple App Store Terms (EULA)

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Prospr.AI, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you.

• You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
